Two Boylan Brown Partners Co-Author Treatise on Expert Witnesses

Sharon P. Stiller and James E. Metzler, Partners at Boylan Brown, have co-authored a treatise entitled Expert Witnesses:  Employment Cases.  The book, published by Thomson-West, provides authoritative information, analysis, and guidance on the use of expert witnesses in the various types of employment-related litigation.  It provides and explains samples of employment-related expert testimony, and includes appendixes containing essential language from the Federal Rules of Evidence, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and federal employment statutes.
