In addition to competitive salaries, associates at Boylan Brown receive a wide variety of benefits which currently include a stipend toward bar exam and moving expenses for recent law school graduates, 3 weeks of paid vacation per year; contribution by the firm toward single or family coverage health insurance, participation in the firm's dental insurance plan, with premiums paid by the employee with pre-tax dollars, eligibility to use pre-tax dollars for medical and dependent care expenses and parking, group life insurance, group long term disability insurance, and immediate eligibility to participate in the firm's 401(k) Plan.
