Ms. Wilsey served as in-house Corporate Counsel for over 25 years.  She provides proactive, practical business strategies and legal solutions for small and middle market businesses.  She combines her practical business knowledge with a broad legal knowledge base to optimize business opportunities and meet the challenges faced by business owners and key stakeholders.  She leads Boylan Brown's "Outside In-house Counsel" program, which provides part-time General Counsel services to small and mid-sized companies.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Boylan Brown, Ms. Wilsey served as Corporate Counsel to Public Abstract Corporation (Rochester, NY) and its subsidiaries for nearly 25 years.  She also served as Corporate Counsel to First American Title Insurance Company of New York (New York, NY) from 1998-2008.  She advised both companies and their subsidiaries on general corporate, employment, and business matters; facilitated transactional legal matters, drafted agreements, developed and implemented strategic plans to achieve business goals, and developed business units.
