Mr. Hou represents clients in the areas of intellectual property law and complex commercial and civil litigation. He is experienced in trademark registration practice, copyright, and also represents clients in licensing transactions. He also has experience advising and representing clients with regard to matters involving confidential information and trade secrets. He has significant experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings, as well as bench and jury trials.

Mr. Hou is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Illinois. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York. Mr. Hou is a member of the Monroe County, and New York State Bar Associations. Mr. Hou is a past member of the Rochester Inns of Court.
